Shipping policy
All orders are shipped with a printed copy of the invoice.
Shipping Carriers:
We currently support shipping using Australia Post for all orders. Tracking details will be emailed once the order is shipped.
We aim to ship next day but we have weekends off.

All Australia Post packages sent by OzHack require Signature for Delivery.
International:
All shipments are DDU - Delivered Duty Unpaid. This means that your country's custom service impose a Import Duty on your shipment.
Returns
If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us to consult about fixing the problem. If a return is required, we will give you a return address to send to and will provide a refund for the cost on the receipt after we have received and inspected the item. Unfortunately we cannot refund any postage costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery method.
